Since 2011, designer and artist Jo Olive has been crafting everyday paper goods for lovers of simplicity and the handmade. Over many years, her studio has constantly evolved, from working with clients on custom letterpress projects to selling her work to boutique and independent stores across the globe, attending design markets and establishing bricks-and-mortar retail spaces; but one thing has remained a constant... change, just like a cloud.

Throughout her creative practice, Jo has always seen the creation of beautiful everyday goods as a humble occupation that allows us to communicate with those we hold dear and seek knowledge about ourselves and our place in the world - be it via a daily writing ritual or a well-chosen card penned with kindness.

Each design starts its life on paper and takes shape through traditional print processes such as letterpress, or through the skilled hands of Australian-based printers who champion sustainable production. Her designs are inspired by the Bundjalung land on which she works and lives, literature, Japanese design and poetry.
