We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and Apple Pay. Afterpay is also available if you would prefer to pay in instalments.

• We use Australia Post for all shipping within Australia, with shipping costs determined by weight and location.

• Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from country NSW. Delivery times are estimated to be 2-8 working days from time of dispatch.

• Shipping details will be emailed to you once lodged.

• International customers, please contact the studio for a shipping quote prior to your purchase.

• Refunds are considered on a case by case basis, unfortunately we can’t issue a refund for a change of mind.

• If you have received the incorrect order, your order has been damaged or is faulty in any way, please take a photograph of the item and packaging and contact the studio within 7 working days of receiving your parcel.

• Refund requests after 7 working days of receiving your order will not be considered.

• Exchanges and returns are not part of our studio policy.

Yes, we wholesale! To access our current wholesale collection, please click on “Wholesale” in the main navigation. This will take you directly to our Faire wholesale site which means we don’t pay extra fees on sales (yay).

Not with Faire? It’s easy to sign up, however if you would prefer to order directly through the studio you are welcome to email Jo on jo.olivestudio@gmail.com to request wholesale access. When accepted, Jo will forward your code to access wholesale prices via the website.

While our studio is private, you are welcome to visit our shared gallery, store and artspace beKA + CLOUD in Murwillumbah, Australia.

beKA + CLOUD is located at 1/118 Murwillumbah Street, Murwillumbah NSW 2484 Australia, above the Australia Post building.
