Shipping of Out-Of-House Products: Calendars & Digital Posters or Artworks
Out-Of-House products are items that are produced by local print partners that operate as close to your location as possible. This allows us to reduce carbon miles, reduce waiting time and support printers in your local area.
- We offer FREE GLOBAL SHIPPING for all Out-Of-House items.
- These items are printed to order and do not qualify for return, refund or cancelling of orders.
- Express shipping is not available.
- All orders include tracking.
- ATOC is not responsible for delivery delays, missing items or customs fees, however, if you do experience delivery issues please let us know immedaitely and we can contact our production partners to enquire further.
Domestic Shipping
For online retail orders, we ship with Australia Post.
- Standard shipping is estimated to arrive in 3-8 working days from time of dispatch.
- Express shipping takes approximately 2 working days from time of dispatch.
- All orders include tracking.
- ATOC is not responsible for delivery delays or missing items.
- By placing your order you are agreeing to your parcel being left in a secure location without a signature.
- If your parcel is not collected from parcel pick up and is returned to us, ATOC will issue additional shipping fees for resending.
Retail orders ship for a flat rate of $10.00 & receive FREE standard shipping on orders $100 and over.
Express Shipping is a flat rate of $15.00
International Shipping
International shipping is currently available for New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Japan and the wider Asia pacific region . Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Orders are usually delivered between 5-15 working days.
- ATOC is not liable for any customs fees or duties imposed by your country. We encourage you to check with your countries customs regulations before ordering to avoid disappointment. If you refuse your parcel due to customs and duties fees, and it is returned to us, we will issue a refund on it's return excluding shipping fees.
Please contact the studio if you require further information about international shipping, customs or to obtain an alternative shipping quote.
If your destination is not included on the website, please reach out, we are more than happy to organise a shipping quote for you.
Local Pick up & Delivery
Local Pick-Up is available from the studio on weekdays between 11am-3pm. If pick-up has been selected, you will be notified when your order is ready to collect - I'll be in touch via email or text to confirm your day and time.
Please be aware that I operate pretty fluidly and may not always be in the studio if you drop by, please wait for a pick up confirmation before arriving.
Please also be mindful that it is a private property and as such keep an eye out for cats, dogs and wildlife when driving.
Local Delivery is available for a flat fee of $8.00 within the areas of Doon Doon, Commissioners Creek, Uki, and Murwillumbah - and areas in between these locations. Deliveries will be made quite randomly, when I'm heading into town at various times throughout the week. If you're easy going, this may work for you, however unfortuantely I can't accomodate specific days and times and won't be able to deliver "express".
A note will be sent with information about day and time of delivery, all parcels will be placed in a letterbox or at the front door and I'll text you when it's ready to collect. Please note, I'm not responsible for any damage or missing packages once delivered.
Processing & Dispatch
- Please allow 1-3 working days to process your order.
- During peak seasons and sales we may experience slightly delayed processing times.
- If an item is out of stock we will notify you immediately to discuss a replacement or refund.
- If you require any changes to your order, or delivery address please contact us immediately via the contact page or email Jo via shop@atypeofcloud.com.
- Changes cannot be made to Out-Of-House items, please contact the studio immediately to see of we are able to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you love your purchases, however we invite you to become familiar with our Return & Exchange Policy prior to ordering to avoid disappointment.
We encourage you to choose items carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind.
We do however accept the return of goods that are faulty or have been damaged in transit.
- Email the studio within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Quote your order number and provide clear images showing the fault or damage.
- Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving.
- Items must be in the condition in which they were received: unused and with original packaging.
- For faulty or damaged items, return shipping within Australia will be covered by the studio.
Items purchased through one of our stockists that appear to be faulty or damaged should be returned to the store where you originally made your purchase.
Out-Of-House items are printed to order and do not quality for exchange, refund, return or cancellation.
